S.S JOHN W. BROWN, one of the last operating survivors from the great fleet of over 2,700
Liberty Ships and the last Operational Troopship Of World War II, will call at Boston from
Thursday, August 23rd through Tuesday August 28th and will berthed at Pier 4 at the
Charlestown Navy Yard.

On Friday August 24th, 2007 the BROWN will conduct one of their famous 6-hour "Living History
Cruises" departing at 9AM, steaming in Boston Harbor, and returning at 3 PM, The BROWN, will
be sailing in an ideal position to witness the turn-around voyage of the USS CONSTITUTION
scheduled for this date. The Living History Cruise will
feature Boston Pops- Jazz All-Stars, military and historical re-enactors, flybys by World War II
aircraft (conditions permitting), continental breakfast and buffet lunch, and much
more. Tickets for this voyage into history are $125 each. Tickets are limited and as our Living
History Cruises tend to sell out order early.
Thanks to the efforts of Captain F.J. (John) Nicoll, a.k.a. Captain Wolf, the musical show  will
feature an outstanding collection of talent. Captain Nicoll has arranged to have Mr. Fred Buda
and the Pops Jazz All-Stars perform along with special guests. Special thanks to all the Captain
Wolf family members who have worked so hard to make this event a success.

Jazz Pops All- Stars. Original music produced by Emmy Winning Composer - Brad Hatfield,
written by Captain John Nicoll and Kimberly Hill, sung by Kimberly Hill, Evan Cole, and jazz
specialist Jeanie Flynn and Bill Champitto. Saxophonist Demetrius Spaneas, Violinist Tomoko
