| Guitar School in Manchester,NH .He started performing in a band, a new one then, in 1970. The band’s name was Valhalla. Opened for Steve Tyler ( Aerosmith) and Edgar Winter in 1974. Wayne owned his own studio in the 1990’s on Berkley St. in Downtown Manchester. It was called Amara. Operated the studio for 5 years. The studio did television and musical recording. Wayne has been in numerous bands in 4 decades, and is currently working with The Captain Wolf Band. He has performed twice with The Captain Wolf Band,including the most recent show at the Hard Rock Café Boston. – July 26th. He has formed new friendship with Fred Buda,and they plan (along with the Captain Wolf Band) to be working together again soon. Wayne is also involved with a band called “ Just Us”. He recently left a band called Tom Ballerini Blues Band, and worked for The Captain Wolf Band, performing with James Cotton and James Montgomery. – 2007. Wayne currently hails out of Auburn,NH., and is married to Brenda Nicoll, John Nicoll’s (a.k.a. Captain Wolf) cousin Michael Bird (of The Captain Wolf Band and John Nicoll's nephew) performed at their wedding in 2006. |
